Workpiece Refurbishment and Corrosion Pre-treatment: Paint and plastic removal. Primarily used for pre-treatment of large steel structures, railings, tanks, bridges, pipelines, and large cabinets before refurbishment and corrosion prevention! Also suitable for removing paint and plastic from factory electrostatic spraying, dip coating, baking paint, etc. Organic, room-temperature paint and plastic remover. Quickly removes various paints and plastics from carbon steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, glass, wood, and other substrates treated with spraying, baking, coating, electrostatic spraying, electrophoretic epoxy, resin spraying, dip coating, etc. This product contains multiple high-tech additives, is non-corrosive to the substrate, effectively protects the phosphate layer on metal surfaces, and has high paint and plastic removal efficiency.

This product is mainly suitable for removing paint and plastic powder. At room temperature, it can remove various paints and plastic powder coatings within 1-3 minutes.

This product is stable, has low volatility, low cost, high efficiency, and minimal harm to the human body. It represents a new process for paint and plastic powder removal technology both domestically and internationally.

Immersion or brushing methods are used.

Immersion can be performed using either thin or thick SQ-330. Brushing uses thick SQ-330.

The treatment tank can be made of thick-walled stainless steel plastic sheet or carbon steel, etc.

V. Preparation and Use of Working Solution:

This product can be used directly. First, pour the plasticizer into a container, then add 5-10 ml of water to create a water seal. Immerse the workpiece to be treated (with paint or powder coating removed) in this solution.

VI. Usage Conditions:

Temperature: Room temperature

Time: 1-10 minutes

VII. Precautions:

1. Avoid skin contact with the solution. Wear protective rubber gloves during use.

2. Periodically filter out the removed paint residue and plastic powder flakes.

3. Cover the container when not in use.

4. For faster processing, scratch the surface of the working coating down to the substrate.

5. The operating temperature should not exceed 45℃.

VIII. Supplementation and Adjustment

The concentration of this product will not change during continuous treatment. If the soaking effect is unsatisfactory, simply add SQ-330 as needed.
