I. Product Introduction
UPCA/AAPC-2001 is a water-soluble neutral aluminum alloy cleaner developed by Guangdong Tengjun Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. It is formulated with various surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and additives. It is mainly used for cleaning surface contaminants on polished aluminum alloy workpieces. It has strong cleaning power, cleans quickly and thoroughly, improves work efficiency, is low-cost, and is safe and environmentally friendly.
II. Main Features
UPCA/AAPC-2001 is a cleaning agent specifically designed for polished aluminum alloys. This cleaner has a neutral pH value, so it will not cause discoloration of the workpiece during cleaning; it has strong cleaning power and removes contaminants quickly; it requires a low concentration, is highly efficient, economical, and reliable; it dissolves quickly, leaves no residue after cleaning, and is easy to rinse; it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, harmless to humans and the environment; it is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning equipment, spray cleaning equipment, and can also be used for manual brushing.

V. Usage Method:
UPCA/AAPC-2001 neutral aluminum alloy cleaner is generally used at a concentration of 10%. Dilute with water according to the ratio and stir well. The ratio can be adjusted according to actual production conditions. Ultrasonic cleaning and wiping methods can be used.
VI. Precautions
1. Shake well before use to ensure uniform properties and better cleaning effect.
2. Avoid direct skin contact during use. Wear protective clothing, masks, and gloves. If it gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention as soon as possible if the condition is severe.
3. Store in a cool, dry place indoors, away from direct sunlight.
4. Shelf life is one year.
