Machine cleaning fluid

Machine cleaning fluid is a colorless, transparent liquid with rapid volatility. It is free of water and impurities, non-toxic, leaves no residue after evaporation, and is flammable.

Machine cleaning fluid is mainly processed from naphtha, mineral wax, and other substances. At room temperature, its specific gravity is 0.69, and its pH value is 6-7. The aromatic hydrocarbon content is no more than 2%, the hydrocarbon content is no less than 97%, and the initial boiling point is no less than 80%.

Advantages of machine cleaning fluid include: rapid evaporation, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, minimal environmental impact, rapid removal of surface stains, strong penetration, no residue, and good stain removal effect.

Main uses of machine cleaning fluid: Primarily used for cleaning and brightening the surfaces of plastic parts, electronic product casings, and hardware workpieces. It has no corrosive effect on plastics, inks, or spray paints. Machine cleaning fluid can also be used for the maintenance of benchtop machines and equipment. The method of using machine cleaning fluid is very simple: simply apply the fluid to a cloth and gently wipe the surface to be cleaned. Alternatively, the workpiece to be cleaned can be directly immersed in the cleaning machine's water.
