Cleaning Agent for Printing Presses

Mainly used for manual and mechanical cleaning of printing press inks.

Product Features
This product has a strong ink cleaning ability without adverse effects or damage to ink rollers or machinery. Compared to cleaning with gasoline, it offers superior cleaning time and results while being less expensive.

Usage Instructions
1. Start the printing press at high speed and spray an appropriate amount of ink cleaner (cleaning agent for printing presses). After 15 seconds, spray again. After the machine has run for 20 seconds, tighten the squeegee.

2. After tightening the squeegee, the ink on the ink rollers will gradually fade. At this time, spray the ink rollers appropriately every 15 seconds until the ink is completely cleaned.

3. Add a small amount of water to the ink rollers. You will see a milky white liquid on the squeegee. Add a small amount of water until no more milky white liquid floats on the surface.

4. Turn off the machine after the water on the ink rollers has completely dried.

5. Approximately 10-20 ml of ink cleaner is needed for each spray. 6. For printing presses with automatic cleaning, ink cleaning agent should be added as required, and the cleaning time should be set according to the actual usage.
